Senator Ali Ndume, currently at Kuje prison will on Thursday know his fate when the Federal High Court in Abuja hears his bail application.
Ndume has been detained in prison since Monday over his surety role for former Chairman of the defunct Pension Reformed Task Team Abdulrasheed Maina who allegedly jumped bail.
Maina, is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on charges of money laundering involving N2bn.
