Governor David Umahi of Ebony state Thursday appointed Barrister Uchenna Orji as the new commissioner for Information and Orientation.
Orji before his new appointment was the state’s commissioner for Human Capital Development.
The governor about three weeks ago relieved the former information commissioner Mr Kenneth Uho of his duty with a promise to offer him another job.
