The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has confirmed the arrest former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Nsima Ekere, over alleged diversion of funds.
He was said to have been arrested for diverting up to N47 billion through registered contractors of NDDC.
