The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has revealed that a Northern governor (names withheld) has personally withdrawn up to N60 billion from his state treasury.
The commission while revealing this via its periodic magazine publications said the identified governor hails from the North Central of the northern region.
According to the EFCC chairman, Abdulrasheed Bawa, the discovery was made via the intelligence department of the Commission, and that more revelations will be made public soon.
