The National Industrial Court has issued a fresh order in Abuja restraining the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) from embarking on planned strike slated for Monday September 28, 2020.
The order was granted by the court anchored by Justice Ibrahim Galadima following in an ex parte application by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation.
Galadima had issued the same restraining ex parte order for Peace and Unity Ambassadors Association barely 24 hours ago.
