After weeks of speculations, President Muhammadu Buhari will on December 19 present the 2019 budget proposal before a joint session of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
This was stated in a letter he conveyed to House of Representatives and read on the floor on Thursday by the speaker, Yakubu Dogara.
