Breaking: GYB brokers peace deal as northern traders agree to resume north to south food movement

After meeting with Kogi state Governor Yahaya Bello in Abuja, Amalgamated Union of Foodstuff and Cattle Dealers of Nigeria, Wednesday, agreed to resume the movement of food supplies from the northern part of the country to the southern region.

For four days now, food stuff from the north have not moved down to any southern states with the price of stockpile foods crashing Kano, Katsina, Kebbi and other northern states.
