The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has cleared the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates David Lyon and Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo.
INEC’s National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye who disclosed this while speaking on Channels Television programme Friday morning said no judgement barred the All Progressives Congress (APC) from partaking in the Saturday governorship election.
He said the judgement of the Federal High Court in Yenagoa delivered by Justice Jane Inyang did not make an order stopping APC as a political party from participating in the election.
