The consumer price index, (CPI) which measures inflation increased by 17.33 percent (year-on-year) in February 2021, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) has said.
The NBS in its CPI and Inflation Report March 2021, stated that the rate is 0.86 percentage points higher than the rate recorded in January 2021 (16.47) percent.
Increases were recorded in all COICOP divisions that yielded the Headline index.
