Peter Osaro Itiku and Uzoamaka Otuadinma a while ago became champions of 2019 Korean Taekwondo Ambassadors’ Cup after a two-day stiff contest.
While Itiku, an a Federal Territory Capital (FCT) athlete defeated Ogbonna Dandi 32-6 in the -80kg male category, Otuadinma (an independent athlete) was better than her opponent Adaeze Efobi who also fought independently in the -73kg female category.
Both athletes who were exceptional received trophies and 49 inches flat television each, a departure of what was obtainable.
Earlier, Benjamin Okuomose of the Nigerian Army defeated his FCT opponent Kenneth Ogbu 44-8 in the +87kg male category on Saturday, the final day
