Alex Iwobi Uzoho, Tyronne Ebuehi, Oghenekaro Etebo have been drafted to start for Nigeria’s Super Eagles against Lesotho on Friday evening.
Iwobi is eligible to play after he was cleared to play following a negative Covid test result.
Benin hero Paul Onuachu is benched again.
Iwobi’s availability means Henry Onyekuru will start from the bench.
Etebo has been considered ahead of Joe Aribo, who had stomach problems and missed training on Mondayy, while Ebuehi comes in for Fulham fullback Ola Aina.
Francis Uzoho will be in goal in place of Maduka Okoye.
