The Kebbi state High Court, has ordered that Prince Uche Secondus return to his position as Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Chairman.
In Port Harcourt, Rivers state capital, a High Court had on Tuesday restrained Secondus from parading self as party Chairman.
