Breaking: Lebanese nationals flown out of Nigeria

No fewer than 140 Lebanese nationals have been flown out of the country via the Murtala Muhammed International Airport as the coronavirus  pandemic spreads.

They were flown out of the Lagos airport by Middle East Airlines (MEA) after undergoing series of screening.

The aircraft which flew into the country under humanitarian arrangement departed the country this evening.

However, Canadian and American governments are yet to evacuate their nationals from the country.

Blueprint learnt that both countries are planing to evacuate their citizens on Monday.

Earlier on Sunday, 37 Egyptians were evacuated out of the country through the Sam Mbakwe International airport.
