Despite unusual silence from the presidency, rumored new Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Professor Ibrahim Gambari, has just arrived Presidential Villa.
Blueprint correspondent reports that Professor Gambari was taking round the Villa, Wednesday morning, by the Permanent Secretary of State House, Mr Tijjani Umar, and the Director of Protocol (DOP) Mr Yakubu Ahmed.
