Nigeria’s D’Tigers a while ago lost to Russia in their opening FIBA Basketball World Cup tournament currently taking place in China.
D’Tigers held forth and battled all through before Russia won 82-77 at the end of the pulsating encounter which is the second game of the game.
The first match of the competition saw Poland beat Venezuela 80-69.
Nigeria will face Argentina, another country in their group on Monday.
The last group game will see D’Tigers confronting South Korea on Thursday September 4, 2019.
