There is palpable commotion around Oshodi area in Lagos state after train collided with a moving bus.
Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) while revealing this via their twitter handle Monday morning, said already the agency and other government bodies are jointly at the scene of the incident in a bid to manage the situation.
