Breaking: Police, Army on red alert as mob burn MTN mast, stopped from setting shoprite on fire in retaliation over #XenophobiaInSouthAfrica

There is pandemonium in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital after angry mob set MTN mast ablaze around Karu and Lugbe suburbs after news went viral over xenophobic attacks on fellow citizens in South Africa. .

At the moment, Police, Nigeria Army and other security personnel are having their hands full in trying to quell the quotic moment, day after some protesters also descended on some South Africa’s business outlets in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial nerve centre.

Shoprite at Lugbe located along airport road in Abuja is not safe. Already, mob are making effort to set it on fire. But police has fired teargas canister to stop them from setting the shopping mall ablaze.
