The Ibadan-based Islamic Cleric and former Chairman of the Oyo state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Sheikh Taofeek Akewugbagold, Sunday morning, announced the release of his abducted twins.
Sheik Akewugbagold in a message posted on his Facebook said the abducted twins were released by the suspected kidnappers at 5.30am on Sunday.
His facebook message reads, “ALHAMDULILLAH, ! At 5.30am of Sunday 3rd May, My abducted twin kids are released to me beside a bush after 8 days in an unknown land. thanks to you all for for your prayers and support, jazakumullahu khairan. Abere mi bo sinu okun, oloun yo pada fun mi.”
