Justice Ukechuku Onyemenam of the Court of Appeal Jos division has upheld the election of Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi, of the All Progressives Congress (APC), into the seat of Pankshing/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency, of Plateau state.
She dismissed the appeal of Hon. Timothy Gulu of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for lacking merit.
