Breaking: Saraki, Ortom, Tambuwal, Kwankwaso attend PDP NEC meeting

The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, Governor of Sokoto state, Aminu Tambuwal and his Benue state counterpart Samuel Ortom, are currently attending the 81st National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
First to arrive the Waddata PDP office in Abuja, was the former PDP Speaker House of Representative and Sokoto state Governor, Aminu Tambuwal who defected from All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday.
He was later joined by the former National Auditor of PDP, and now the governor of Benue state, Samuel Ortom who also defected from the APC to PDP sometime last week.
As expected, the governors were received in fun fair by party leadership and supporters.
Others who defected from APC to PDP that are attending the meeting includes, former Kano state governor, Senator Representing Kano Central, Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Senator Representing Kogi West, Dino Malaye and Senator Representing Benue North Barnabas Gemade among others.
The party scheduled the meeting to host and further discuss with the governors, Senator, Members House of Representative and others who defected from the ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC) to the PDP.
