March 2, 2020 has fixed for hearing by the Supreme Court in the motion filed by the Abdul’aziz Yari faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State for a review of the court’s May 24, 2019 judgment, voiding the participation of candidates of the APC in the last elections in the state.
Our correspondent reports that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Muhammad Tanko who led a five-man panel of the court, said the court can’t to proceed to hearing because some of the parties have not been served.
