Day after he was attacked, Osun state Governor Adegboyega Oyetola has revealed that thugs were unleashed to kill him.
Oyetola who spoke on Sunday morning during a state broadcast said inspite of the instigated attack, he instructed his security team to remain calm.
Blueprint reports that the governor escaped unhurt after hoodlums started hauling stones at his convoy when he appeared to address #EndSARS protesters in Osogbo, the state capital.
One of the cars in the governor’s convoy was smashed before he was whisked out of the area.
