The Election Tribunal set up on Osun 2018 governorship poll has begun delivering judgement.
Delivering one of its earlier reserved rulings, the Osun Tribunal struck out separate objections filed by Governor Gboyega Oyetola of All Progressives Congress (APC) and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) against the petition by Senator adelekeAdeleke of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The PDP and Adeleke, had challenged the victory of the APC and governor Oyetola, at the tribunal.
The Osun Election Tribunal, which was moved to Abuja in November 2018, after it was initially inaugurated in Osogbo, has fixed Friday, March 22, for its judgment on the suit filed by the PDP and its candidate.
