Few weeks after his defection, Ebonyi state Governor Dave Umahi on Tuesday joined the emergency meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The NEC meeting which is taking place inside the presidential villa in Abuja is the first official national meeting which Umahi is participating.
President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, other APC governors and leaders of the National Assembly are attending the meeting physically.
Other members of the NEC are attending virtually.
