Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state, Saturday led no passenger/vehicular movement order to prevent spread of coronavirus pandemic.
Umahi who resorted to monitoring the border areas to ensure compliance to the order, met crowd at the Ishiagu local government area of the state, a border area between Ebonyi and Abia states.
On getting to the border, different motorists were stranded.
However, Umahi started clearing the road, and gave access to especially artillery vehicles.
