The Appeal Court in Abuja has affirmed the election of Kogi state Governor Yahaya Bello.
Unanimously, the five-man panel led by Justice Adamu Jauro, in separate judgments on Saturday, dismissed four appeals filled by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and three other political parties for lacking in merit.
