Buhari and OBJ’s candid advice

Even President Muhammadu Buhari admits the hardship we are experiencing on his watch. The blind feels no difference let alone former President Olusegun Obasanjo, who not once but twice held that office as a man.

Change was what we wanted in 2015 when we voted in Buhari into power but now we are in chains. Chains of nationwide blackout, indiscriminate slaughtering of human beings like cows, armed robbery, kidnapping, low standard of education, etc.

Nothing changes, not even the ordinary fuel price which was one issue the APC government arrogates to resolve.
With all due respect, I think that Obasanjo is simply giving Mr. President some candid advice. The President can avert these flaws if he wants a second term by resolving the power sector crisis, fuel scarcity, insecurity which comes from blackout in cities and suffocating unemployment.

The APC has failed. It is worse now than when the PDP was in power. Both parties have failed. The APC is the worst but it can still amend its ways if the president injects new blood into the system, men and women who are gifted and competent to forge this nation ahead of this nightmare we are experiencing in the so-called ‘Change Begins With Me’ regime.
