The Mass Movement for New Nigeria (MM4NN) has thrown its weight behind the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari for tomorrow’s presidential election.
The Kaduna state Coordinator, Alhaji Sulaiman Arugungu, said the decision was taken by its leadership and other stakeholders following its meeting Thursday.
The group said Buhari deserves re-election because of his administration’s commitment to good governance and security.
According to him, steps so far taken by the administration have given hope to all Nigerians, adding that he should be given another opportunity to sustain and grow the present gains.
“It is, therefore, our candid opinion that another four years of Buhari administration will certainly move the nation to the next level of prosperity.
“The present federal government has built many developmental projects thereby fulfilling almost all of its campaign promises and deserves another opportunity to complete them”, Alhaji Arugungu, a retired deputy comptroller general of Nigeria Prisons said.
He, therefore, called on eligible voters to come out en-mass and to re-elect Buhari to ensure continuity of good governance.
The movement also called on the people of Kaduna state to re-elect Governor Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai, to enable him continue with ongoing projects.
