COAS to review military school POP tomorrow

Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Kenneth Tobia Jacob Minima, is to review the 2014 passing out parade (POP) of the boys of Nigerian Military School (NMS), Zaria, in Kaduna state tomorrow.
A statement by the Army Public Relations Officer, Depot, Nigerian Army, Zaria, Lieutenant Hashim Sa’ad Abdullahi, has said.
It explained that no fewer than 288 Boys of the school would perform the Parade in honour the passing out boys marking the completion their Secondary School Education after successful seating for their SSCE Examinations.
In a related development, the Chief Army (Training and Operations), Major General Johnbull Ehansiha, has described school as one of the best secondary schools not only in the country, but in West African sub-region.

He made the disclosure at the school 2014 speech and prize giving day held at the school premises on Wednesday.
Represented by Major General Chris Olukolade, Director, Army Public Relations, Ehansiha explained that the school had distinguished itself in academic excellence apart from professional military training.
Earlier, in his welcome address, the commandant of the school, Brigadier General James Fayehun, said the boys were lucky to have received training on different trades to prepare them for future job challenges.
