The Chief Army Staff, Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya, will Saturday review passing out parade of 83 Regular Recruit Intake of Depot Nigerian Army, Zaria.
This was contained in a statement by spokesman of the formation, Capt Iliya Dauda and made available to Journalists in zaria
The statement reads in part, “The passing out parade for 83 Regular Recruits Intake in Depot Nigerian Army NA comes up on Saturday 10 December, 2022 at Depot Nigerian Army parade Ground, Chindit Cantonment, Zaria. The Chief Army Staff (COAS) Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya is expected to be the special Guest of Honour and Reviewing Office for the passing out parade.
“Other distinguished personalities to witness the occasion include state governors, local government chairmen, traditional rulers, both serving and retired senior military officers among others.”
Our correspondent reports that the passing out parade is traditional event marking of end of rigorous and successful training of young civilians to Soldiers of the Nigerian Army.
