This didn’t come to me as a surprise, as President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on several occasions, reaffirmed that his government would be full of astute politicians and technocrats who have the wherewithal to champion the “Renewed Hope” of his administration. Indeed, your hard work, dedication, and exceptional leadership have led you to this remarkable milestone, and it is truly a reflection of your tenacity.
Your appointment to such a significant position is a testament to your exceptional skills, expertise, and unwavering commitment to serving our nation. Your remarkable accomplishments and tireless efforts have undoubtedly earned you the respect and admiration of Mr President, your friends, and the entire country. Your ability to navigate complex challenges with grace and wisdom has been an inspiration to us all. No doubt, you have proven this in your stewardship as governor of Benue state for eight years and 12 years in the Nigerian Senate.
Under your leadership, Benue state witnessed true transformation, and your visionary approach brought about positive change in numerous areas. Your passion for excellence and your relentless pursuit of progress have left an indelible mark on our society. You have demonstrated unparalleled dedication to public service, and your exceptional leadership qualities continue to inspire and motivate many. Your four years as minister of special duties are a testament to your resilience and hard work. We are indeed proud of a true party man who believes in inclusion and visionary leadership for the nation.
It is not only your professional accomplishments that deserve praise, but also your personal qualities that make you an extraordinary individual.
