Court jails two for stealing motorcycle 

A Magistrate court, sitting in Osogbo, Osun state capital, on Friday, sentenced two persons, Samson Mufutau and Akeem Wahab, to three months imprisonment for stealing motorcycle.
Mufutau was arrested on October 13, 2017 at Labete area, Kajola street, Osogbo, when he stole a “B” motor motorcycle with engine NO. QJ150FFMG21083099 Chasis No. 5LBBPEGLB1X8278428X, and sold it in part to Wahab.
The police prosecutor, Mr. Rasaq Olayiwola, said that the offence committed by the duo of the convict contravened sections 516, 430 and 430(1) of the criminal code cap 34 vol 11, laws of Osun State of Nigeria, 2003.
The duo of the convict admitted guilty of the stealing, aiding and abetting. Hey prayed the court to temper justice with mercy on them.
Magistrate Ashiru Ayeni, tgerrby convicted them and sentenced them to three month imprisonment with an option of #5000 fine.
