As part of it contribution to the fight against COVID-19 pandemic, KOUGAR SOLUTIONS & ALLIED SERVICES LTD, an IT security company in partnership with HIKVISION has donated technological equipment Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) to help curb the of the pandemic in the Abuja and its environs.
Represented by the Group Managing Director, Mr. Rony Melhem, the company donated a thermal & artificial intelligence system.
Speaking at the event, Melhem said that as specialists in the issues of IT Security, Kougar is very much interested in helping the FCT curb this virus, hence the introduction of this intelligence system through their partner HIKVISION.
He added that the equipment will be a giant stride in helping the FCTA to curb the spread of the covid-19.
Receiving the equipment,, the FCT Minister of State, Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu said that the FCTA appreciates such gesture exhibited by KOUGAR in helping curb the spread of the pandemic, emphasizing the need for everyone to ensure that the comply with the directives issued by the FCTA, Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) as well as the federal government to ensure that there are minimal contact between persons so as to reduce the spread of this virus.
