COVID-19: NYSC partners healthcare agency for successful vaccination


The management of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) said it has made adequate arrangement with the National Primary Healthcare Agency to ensure that corps members are vaccinated against the dreaded corona virus nationwide.


According to a statement from the office of  the Director-General of NYSC, Brig-General Shuaibu Ibrahim, and made available to Blueprint,  the exercise was holding successfully in all NYSC secretariats nationwide.  


“In line with management’s directive, adequate arrangement was made with the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency for the successful administration of COVID-19 vaccine on  Corps Members. 


“The  exercise is successfully ongoing at the NYSC Secretariats in the country. Members of staff were also not left behind,” the statement reads in part. 
General Ibrahim said NYSC  sincerely appreciated the  Presidential Steering Committee and National Primary Health Care Development Agency for their concern for the welfare of corps members.
