Dangote is 1st, Davido ranked 7th most influential African globally …see full list

Nigeria singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has been ranked as the seventh most influential African in the world after a list of the top 100 most influential African people.

The list which was put together by Africa Report has three Nigerians in the top 10 which is inclusive of the music superstar.

Dangote is number one the list while famous poet and writer; Chimamanda Adichie sits on the number four position while Davido shines at the number seventh position.

The report looks at individuals in Africa who control the levers of power across politics, business and the arts: from billionaire barons to unpredictable peacemakers and soft-power superstars.

This wouldn’t be the first time Davido would be attaining an impressive position on a list of influential Africans as his he has been recognised previously by compilers of this kind of publication, sitting well inside the top 10.
