Dankwambo reviews curfew in Gombe metropolis

Gombe state government has reviewed the 12-hour curfew imposed on the state metropolis.

According to a statement that was made available to Blueprint, which was signed by Secretary to the State Government, James Pisagih, the state governor, Ibrahim Dankwambo, directed that the curfew in different parts of the state be reviewed from 12 midnight to 6:00am daily.

However, the curfew at Nayinawa and Bagadaza areas is still effective from 6:00pm to 6:00am daily.

Meanwhile, Governor Dankwambo has urged security agencies to ensure strict compliance to the development and to put surveillance in flash points and in the outskirts of the metropolis.
