D’banj, who is somewhat the first choice musician of the PDP and the Presidency, was a guest at the State House, Abuja this week for the launch of the Nigerian Industrial Revolution Plan and the National Enterprise Development Plan.
In case you’ve forgotten, the popular singer who made headlines when he interviewed the president during the 2011 presidential election, was recently made an ambassador for Bank Of Industry.
He was invited to the presidential villa to join the president and other investors and billionaires, including Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, and oil magnate,Femi Otedola.
Now, that’s one of the reasons many fans would agree that D’banj is Nigeria’s biggest and most influential artiste, but why entertainers, especially D’banj will never learn that it is a fashion faux pas to wear sun shades indoors, in the dark or when it’s not sunny, is still baffling.
No wonder rumors on the street has it that he wears them to bed.
