Eagles star Simon not wanted by KAA Gent

Eagles star Moses Simon has been deemed surplus to requirements at Belgian club KAA Gent.
The 23-year-old winger is in the last year of his contract at Gent and after he was linked to clubs in the Premier League in England as well as in Germany, he has been told he does not have a future at ‘The Buffaloes’.
Moses Simon has not been involved in pre-season and his problems were further compounded when he suffered a relapse of the thigh injury, which cost him a place at the recent World Cup in Russia.
He has been told that the new players will be given priority to him this season, according to HLN.
He was also very unlucky when a move to Mainz 05 collapsed after they German Bundesliga club were forced to sign a replacement for an injured midfielder.
Mainz had to shell out 7.5 million Euros for the midfielder’s replacement and so there was no cash to spend on Moses Simon.
