Edo family seeks help for missing member

The Alohan family in Oredo local government area of Edo state is seeking assistance in the search for a missing member, Fred Alohan, who was said to have left the family house along Efosa street in 2015 and never returned.

A statement made available to Blueprint correspondent by Mr. Michael Alohan, an uncle, indicated that Fred, who had lived with him since 2005 when he was 10 years old disappeared under strange circumstances without his consent.
According to him, the missing Fred is being awaited to come and take possession of the properties his late father willed to him and said the incident has left the family devastated.

A police report made available by the family showed that the case of the missing Fred was reported on September 7, 2020.
Michael said, “He’s expected to sign some legal documents pertaining to the properties willed to him by his father – Mr. Johondan Alohan who happens to be my brother.
“I have some potential buyers, who are interested in buying the properties, which hitherto were put up for sale. Prospective buyers have made proper findings and found out that the properties belong to Mr. Fred Alohan and cannot be sold without him signing the documents.”

He explained further, “I have been making newspaper publications since 2015 until when my son spotted him in Italy and told him to go back to Nigeria to sign the legal documents which he refused.
“This is year 2020, we are worried and appeal to the general public again that anyone with information about his whereabouts in Europe or Nigeria should please reach us on O8072402845 and tell him that the family needs him back home.”
