The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has urged Nigerians to use Eid el-Kabir for promoting peace and unity.
IPAC President Peter Ameh made the call in a statement he issued on Sunday in Abuja to mark Eid el-Kabir, describing the festival as crucial part of Islamic faith.
Ameh also urged Nigerians to pray to the Almighty Allah to grant the nation peace and tranquility.
“We cannot forget our nation in this crucial period, so we should use the opportunity to challenge ourselves on making the nation great,” he said. (NAN)
