Arsenal will aim to put more pressure on the top four when they face West Ham at the Olympic Stadium. The Gunners are on the back of a 3-0 win over Blackpool in the FA Cup third round and will now turn their attention to this tricky Premier League tie.
Their last fixture on the road went horribly wrong as they were thrashed 5-1 by a rampant Liverpool. Unai Emery will now be hoping his charges put in a dominant showing after breezing past Fulham 4-1 in their last league game. Mesut Ozil and Hector Bellerin were among six players to have trained this week and will be in contention to start.
Liverpool will be looking to pick up their first win of 2019 when they face Brighton at the Falmer Stadium. The Reds have lost the two games they have played so far by 2-1 score lines, first to Man City in the league and then to Wolves in the FA Cup. Another defeat will cut their lead at the top to just a point, and Jurgen Klopp will be desperate to stop that from happening.
Brighton have a decent record at home and will certainly give the Reds a run for their money. The top six teams have struggled against Chris Hughton’s men this season and it won’t be any different for the league leaders.
Chelsea will tackle Newcastle at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are four points behind London rivals Tottenham and can reduce the gap should they come out victorious against the Toon Army. On the back of a Carabao Cup first leg defeat to Tottenham, Maurizio Sarri will be expecting his charges to pick up the points here.
Crystal Palace and Watford will battle it out for the points in their duel at Selhurst Park.
On the back of a shock FA Cup defeat to Newport, Leicester City will now take on a resurgent Southampton at the King Power Stadium.
Cardiff will have a major chance to get some points on the board when they entertain bottom of the log Huddersfield Town at the Cardiff City Stadium.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will face the toughest test of his managerial reign when Manchester United face Tottenham at Wembley. The Red Devils have won all five of their games in all competitions since Solskjaer took charge, scoring 16 goals as well as keeping clean sheets in their last two games. The side are certainly rejuvenated but the Lilywhites will be confident going into this fixture. They were surprise 3-0 winners at Old Trafford earlier this season, and are on the back of a 1-0 Carabao Cup victory over Chelsea in front of their home crowd. With both teams pushing for a top four spot, there is a lot to play for and it should be a cracking game.
A resurgent Manchester City will entertain Wolves at the Etihad Stadium. The Citizens got their title charge back on track following a 2-1 win over league leaders Liverpool, and were at their free flowing best in midweek in a 9-0 annihilation of Burton Albion in the Carabao Cup.
Wolves are flying high themselves after sending Liverpool out in the third round of the FA Cup. They held Guardiola’s men to a controversial 1-1 draw earlier in the season and will fancy their chances of yet another upset.
Everton will take on Bournemouth at Goodison Park as both teams look to return to winning ways.
