Equipped staff, key to service delivery – NAIC

Newly appointed managing director of the Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC), Bode Opadokun has stated that well- equipped personnel was key to efficiency and optimal service delivery.

The former general manager (Technical) of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc,  while assuming office at NAIC corporate office in Abuja recently,  promised to give staff training a high premium.

A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), Mr. Opadokun has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Delta State University and he is also a graduate of insurance from the Lagos State Polytechnic.
He further assured that with his private sector pedigree would bring to bear the spirit of robust competition towards making NAIC a key and front line player in the insurance industry.

He therefore called for team work and diligence from all staff to attain a greater height for the Corporation adding that NAIC has competitive advantage of being the only agric insurance firm in the country and has all the potentials to achieve a global benchmark set by developed countries of China, India and America in the area of agricultural risk management and service delivery.

The Managing Director further called on the entire staff to strive to be part of the needed rebranding efforts of the new NAIC management, saying total rebranding should be from the inside before the external rebranding was to be ultimately achieved.
