A former Managing Director of The Daily Times of Nigeria Plc, Adinoyi Ojo Onukaba, has lost his mother, Hajiya Aishatu Onukaba.
A statement issued by the former MD said Hajiya Onukaba died of old age-related illness on Wednesday, February 12, at 82 years.
It added that she was buried on Thursday, February 13, 2014, according to Islamic rites at Oboroke, Ihima, Kogi state.
The statement further said she would be remembered as a respected woman leader in her community, “a devout Muslim and a kind and caring mother and wife.”
She is survived by her children and other family members.
Final burial service has been fixed for May 3, 2014, at Oboroke, Ihima in Kogi state.
