Ex- Minister endorses Umahi

The former Minister of state for power and steel, chief Goddy Ogbaga has called on Ebonyians to equip themselves with their voters card for the 2019 general elections.

He also commended the achievements of Governor David Umahi and called on the people to vote for him in the 2019 general elections.

The former Minister who decamped to the All progressive Congress APC to vie for the senatorial seat of Ebonyi North had some weeks ago returned to the People’s Democratic party .

Chief Ogbaga who celebrated Yuletide with his support group (Members of Ezeudo support group) at his Abakaliki resident encouraged them to collect their voters’ card as it is the only way to exercise their right.

His words: “These groups Ezeudo support group are drawn from the four local governments that made up Ebonyi North including the urban. They worked very hard with me when I was in the business of senatorial election, they were consistent, and when I came back to People’s Democratic Party (PDP) they all returned with me.

“I feel so happy the government has done well in infrastructure and more there is the need for all of us to support him.

“Umahi’s administration has done well, you don’t even need a microscope to see what this administration has done, what you need is to go round the town and move round the local government areas to see things yourself. For us and this group government has done beyond expectation. That is why my support group has decided that this government should be given more chance, just like other areas people has been allowed to go for second tenure so his own wouldn’t be different.

“For my supporters I just enlightened them on the need to obtain their PVC if any don’t have it,and I have also encouraged the pass the message along to others so that they will be able to exercise their right on February during the Federal election and March during state elections.

“Because of the important of this forthcoming election’s there is need for those that has not collected their PVCs to go to INEC to do so, it’s very important, you cannot vote without it” he said.
