Ex-youth leader donates bus, furniture to APC

A former youth leader from Ogwa Ward 2 in Mbaitoli local government area chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ,Chief Anthony Brown Odunze, has donated a 12-seater bus, executive tables, plastic chairs and party fl ags to the LGA chapter of the party.
Making the donations at the weekend, Odunze disclosed that he came to the party secretariat few weeks back and discovered that since the 2015 elections, there were no activities there, which made him to call a meeting.
He said it was during the meeting that he discovered that certain items were needed to boost the secretariat.
Odunze, who became popular among the people, especially the youths of the area after working successfully for the party in the last elections, assured APC faithful that he would go a step further to pay for the party’s new LGA offi ce and provide a public address system for future party functions.
Responding, on behalf of the party, the state Chairman, Dr Hillary Eke, commended Odunze for his kind gesture and enjoined other APC faithful to emulate him.
Mbaitoli APC Chairman, Barr. Tony Amadi, and the immediate past Transition Committee Chairman of the LGA, Chief Chris Nwike, also paid glowing tribute to Odunze and pledged their support to his future endeavours.
