While urging the students to be security conscious  at all  times, within and outside the campus, the Provost charged them not to hesitate in reporting any unusual movement to the college security operatives.

He also assured the students of adequate  welfare, but revealed that  “management would not condone damages to college properties”.

According to him: “I must warn all the NCE 1 students that any student or group of students caught in these acts would not only be shown the way out of the college , but would be made to  face the full wrath of the law to serve as a deterrent to others.

“One major thrust of this administration is the staff and students welfare. It is our desire to sustain this practice. I strongly enjoin all the students to always protect and guide jealously the facilities we have provided on campus to enhance your welfare.
