The FCT Police Command has assured of adequate security arrangement for the Eid-el- Fitr celebration including fortifying all Eid praying grounds, churches, shopping malls, gardens, recreational parks, motor parks and other areas that would attract large gathering of people.
Commissioner of Police in charge of the FCT CP Bala Ciroma gave the assurance while addressing journalists, Thursday, at the command headquarters, Abuja.
Ciroma said, “Ahead of the forthcoming Eid-el-Fitr celebration the command has made adequate security arrangement to fortify all Eid praying grounds, churches, shopping malls, gardens, recreational parks, motor parks and other areas that will attract the large gathering of people.
