Police detectives from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of FCT Police Command have arrested three members of a visa racketeering syndicate operating in FCT.A press statement by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the command, DSP Anjuguri Manzah, Wednesday in Abuja, said the suspects were arrested, following a tip-off, at a plaza in Nyanya, a suburb of Abuja, during a sting operation on February 6, 2020, while photocopying some forged documents.”The suspects were arrested in possession of the following forged documents, which were recovered as exhibits: medical certificate, bank statements, NYSC certificates, university transcript, etc.
“The suspects arrested are: Eze Francisca Eze, 34; Onuh Christian Chika, 36; and Markus Innocent, 24; who operated the business centre,” he said.
According to the spokesperson, “They will be arraigned in court upon the conclusion of investigation.”
