The Governing Council of Federal University, Gusau, has announced Malam Muddassir Musa and Hassan Adamu Yakasai as new substantive bursar and director, Physical Planning, Works and Maintenance of the university.
The information officer of the university, Umar Usman, said in a release made available Thursday in Gusau.
“The announcement was made on Wednesday, 7th December, 2022 by the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Governing Council of the University, Rt. Honorable Yissa Ezekiel Benjamin at the Council’s 26th meeting”.
While congratulating the new appointees, the pro-chancellor and chairman of council stated that they are expected to work hard and remain dedicated to duties thereby contributing to achieving the mission and vision of the university, adding that the appointments are for a single term of five years.
It was gathered that until his appointment, the new bursar of the university, Malam Muddassir Musa, was a deputy bursar, Treasury/Payroll of the Federal University Gusau.
