It was indeed a pleasure to hear the Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, saying that the Federal Government intended to invite the heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, to Nigeria.
This is no doubt a good step, as it will encourage Nigerian youths to be the best that they can be.
Joshua is a Yoruba from Ogun State, even though he represents Great Britain on the international stage.
He has always spoken glowingly of his roots and is a living testament of the raw power and finesse of the Yoruba people.
Joshua, once in Nigeria, should be allowed to mentor young talents.
